The solution

Working with each of the local markets, I built a Directional Policy Matrix to assess a wide range of variables – defining their Business Strengths and Market Attractiveness.

The data comprised independent reports, competitor and sales data, qualitative judgements and quantitative studies.

The deliverable

The Directional Policy Matrix allowed the company to make multiple market comparisons and re-focus investment priorities across the region.
